The peculiarity in the creation of this distillate is the separation during the first distillation as long as the distillation only of the “heart.” We select raw materials such as North Evia’s fennel, anise, star aniseed, variety of spices, seeds, mastic and herbs in order to create balance in primary and secondary aromas, presented both in smell and taste. Its high 45% volume content of alcohol reserves all pure flavors without being alcohol aggressive.
